Job Description


· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

· Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features

· Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries

· Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

· Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas

· Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

· Required Skill(s): Sales, Retail Management, Merchandising

· At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.

· Previous work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales Representative or similar role

· Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

· Basic Math skills

· Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements

· Track record of achieving sales quota

· Hands-on experience with retail transactions

· Familiarity with inventory procedures

· Solid communication and interpersonal skills

· A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus

· Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner

· Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

· Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.


· Booking and coordinating with Hotels for customers' rooms reservations

· Booking and coordinating with Restaurants for customers' meals arrangement

· Liaising with overseas partners for tour arrangements

· Issuing of assignments to tour guides

· Updating administrative matters to company system

· Handling of phone enquires on tour matters

· Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor

Job Description

Your routine tasks are likely to include:

  • Meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs
  • Working with account planners to devise a campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
  • Presenting campaign ideas and costings to clients
  • Briefing the creative team who will produce the adverts
  • Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
  • Checking and reporting on the campaign's progress
  • Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign
  • Managing the account's budget and invoicing the client
  • Making 'pitches' to win new business


  • Minimum 2 years experience in the similar field.
